Thirty-foot oak. On your roof. At midnight.
Emergency Removal & Storm Response
When a storm brings a tree down, the clock starts immediately. Standing water, exposed framing, and insurance adjusters who need documentation within 48 hours — our emergency crews mobilize within four hours of your call, any day, any hour. We photograph, document, and remove before the secondary damage compounds the claim.
We carry $5M general liability and work directly with Arbor Risk Insurance Group, Lone Star Risk Advisors, and 14 other regional carriers to streamline your claim. The tree is gone. The paperwork follows.

Before the canopy becomes a liability.
Annual Pruning Programs & Crown Reduction
Hollow oaks don't announce themselves. Deadwood 60 feet up looks like a healthy canopy until the first sustained wind event. Our ISA-certified arborists assess crown density, identify co-dominant stems, and remove structural hazards before your insurance carrier finds them first.
Property management clients on our annual program receive priority scheduling, documented inspection reports, and preferred-rate emergency response. HOA boards receive a single-invoice contract covering all common-area trees — no per-job billing, no surprise callouts.

The stump is ground flush. The lawn is raked. You would not know it was there.
Complete Removal & Stump Grinding
Full removal means full removal. Not "cut to ground level and bill for the stump separately." Our quoted price includes felling, sectional removal, chip-out, stump grinding to 12 inches below grade, and lawn raking. One crew, one visit, one invoice.
For large specimen trees requiring crane-assisted removal — diseased elms over 80 feet, silver maples growing into utility easements, post oaks with compromised root systems — we bring the equipment and the expertise. No subcontractors. No surprises.

The line between inconvenience and catastrophe is response time.
Round-the-Clock Emergency Response
Hurricanes don't keep business hours. Neither do we. Our 24-hour emergency line connects directly to a crew dispatcher — not an answering service, not a voicemail — who can confirm arrival time within 15 minutes of your call. We maintain two standby crews through hurricane season (June through November) specifically for post-storm response.
Pre-registration for emergency response is available to property management clients and HOA boards. Registered accounts receive guaranteed 2-hour response windows and pre-negotiated emergency rates — locked before the storm season opens.
A $4,000 removal quote is a reasonable line item.
Compared to a compromised roof deck, a liability claim, or a tree that comes down in the wrong direction. Spring rates are discounted 30–40% from summer pricing. They end when the calendar does.

They were on site four hours after I called. The tree was off my roof by noon. My insurance adjuster said the documentation Canopy provided was the clearest they'd seen.

The HOA board was skeptical about the cost. Then we got the ISA inspection report showing six trees with structural failure risk. Canopy removed all six before hurricane season. Two of them came down in the August storms — on neighboring properties.
